📋✨ Service Policies – Cilverbow Botanicals Mobile Nail Salon Miami To create a beautiful and respectful experience for all, we ask that clients review and agree to the following service terms before booking: 📅 Booking & Appointments All appointments need to be approved. Advance Booking Required: All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. Same-Day Requests: Not guaranteed. Please text us for last-minute inquiries at (561) 907-6999. Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation text or email after booking. ❌ Cancellations & Reschedules 24-Hour Notice: All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Client No-show's: Will incur a service fee + full price to rebook. 🚗 Mobile Service & Travel Service Area: We currently serve Miami-Dade County and select areas of Broward County. Travel Fees: Free within a 5-mile radius of central Miami 33147 On-Site Setup: Please prepare a clean, quiet, and well-lit space (e.g., dining table for manicures, low chair for pedicures). We bring everything else. 🧼 Health, Safety & Cleanliness Hygiene Protocols: All tools and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized before and after each service. Feeling Unwell? Please reschedule if you’re experiencing symptoms of illness. This keeps us all safe. Eco-Friendly Practices: We offer waterless, plant-based nail care and use non-toxic, cruelty-free products. 💳 Payment & Tipping Accepted Methods: Zelle, Venmo, or Square (credit/debit). No cash is accepted unless otherwise arranged. Payment Due: At time of book your service. A secure link will be provided. Tipping: Optional and appreciated. You can tip via any payment method used. 🎁 Products, Gift Cards & Returns Product Sales: All sales are final. If there’s an issue with a product, notify us within 3 days for support. Gift Cards: Available for all services and can be redeemed digitally at booking and are non-refundable. 👯 Group Bookings & Events Group services are available upon request. Please reach out in advance to coordinate.
